Who we are

Selling Fee Tools (sellingfeetools.com) is run by Nexis Solutions1 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16994235. Our registered office is 893 Brighton Road, Purley, England, CR8 2BN. Nexis Solutions1 Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Files you use in our tools

Every tool on Selling Fee Tools runs in your browser. CSV files, feeds and images you open in a tool are read and processed on your own device. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and they are gone when you close the tab. Numbers you type into a calculator stay in your browser too, unless you copy a link to the calculation, in which case they are part of that link.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to count visits and see which pages and tools are used. It records things such as the pages you view, the site that sent you, your device and browser type and your approximate location (country and city). When you use a tool, it records the tool name, whether it worked, how long it took and how many rows or files it processed. It never records the contents of your files or the values you enter. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.

In the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, Google Analytics sets no cookies until you click Accept on our cookie banner; until then, and if you click Reject, it sends only cookieless signals that cannot identify you. Elsewhere, analytics cookies are on unless you click Reject. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. The cookies are listed in our cookie policy.

Advertising

The site does not show ads at the moment. If we add Google AdSense, we will update this policy and the cookie policy first, and ask for your consent before any advertising cookies are set where the law requires it.

Email

If you email us or use the contact page, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use them only to reply and to follow up on what you asked about, such as a correction to a rate or a migration quote, and we keep them for up to 24 months after our last exchange.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

Legal bases

• Analytics cookies: your consent, where the law requires it; otherwise our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used so we can improve it.
• Replying to emails: our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before a contract, for a migration quote.
• Hosting logs: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Who receives data

Google (analytics) and Vercel (hosting) process data on our behalf as service providers. Both may handle it outside the UK, including in the United States, with the safeguards UK data protection law requires. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our account, at most 14 months. Emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser until you change or clear it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email us at hello@sellingfeetools.com and we will reply within one month. If you live outside the UK, you may have similar rights under your local law, and you can contact us in the same way.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Children

The site is a business tool and is not aimed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
